Responsive to the Decision dated December 1 , 2005, on the petition under
37 CFR 1 .137(b) filed July 5, 2005 and ensuing communication filed by facsimile
on August 5, 2005 to revive the above-identified application, applicants submit the
following Renewed Petition. The shortened deadline for filing a response to the
Decision is set to expire on February 1 , 2006.

The Decision notes that all of the requirements for the Petition were met
except that a required reply, which may be met by a request for continued
examination (RCE), was not included with the Petition.

In this regard, applicants submit herewith a Renewed Petition including a
Request for Continued Examination, Fee Transmittal, and a copy of the response
previously submitted.
